The heraldic bearing of Pavlov consists of the peacock and six hexagrams symbolising six villages that have been incorporated into Pavlov. They are Lechovice, Radnice, Svinov, Zavadilka, Veselí and Vacetín. These settlements, making a total area of 24 km2 with ca 600 permanent inhabitants, are located in the Bouzovská vrchovina Uplands between the Radnička Brook and the Třebůvka Creek.
